Where is Nouraii Boutique?

Old Saida Road, Tayouneh, Beirut, Lebanon. We are open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 20:00, and closed on Sundays.

Do you deliver across Lebanon?

Yes. Delivery is $4 to every area of Lebanon: Beirut, Mount Lebanon, the North, Akkar, the Beqaa, Baalbek-Hermel, the South and Nabatieh.

Can I collect my order in store?

Yes, in-store pickup is free. Collect from the boutique on Old Saida Road, Tayouneh, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 20:00.

How can I pay?

Pay cash on delivery, or by Whish transfer to +961 70 731 070 (Nouraii Boutique) — we confirm your order as soon as the transfer lands. In the boutique you can pay in cash.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in US dollars, with the Lebanese lira equivalent shown at checkout.

What is your exchange policy?

All purchases are final: we offer exchanges only, no refunds. Request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order, by WhatsApp or Instagram DM with your order number and the item you wish to exchange, and our delivery driver will collect it. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items bought during a sale or promotional offer cannot be exchanged. How do I track my order?

Tap the delivery van at the top of the site (Track your order), then enter your order number and the phone number you ordered with. Until we start preparing it, you can also change the address or cancel the order from there.

How do I find my size?

Our Size Guide matches your weight to a size and shows the sizes our models wear. If you are unsure, send us your measurements on WhatsApp and we will tell you which size to take.

How many of one item can I order?

Up to 5 of the same item per order.
