Exchange Policy

We want you to love every piece you order from us! If you need a different size or item, please review our exchange policy below.

1. No Refunds

All purchases are final. Refunds are not available. Exchanges only.

2. Exchange Timeframe

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. The item must be handed over to our delivery driver within this timeframe. Requests or pickups after 48 hours will not be accepted.

3. Pickup by Courier

Once your exchange request is confirmed, our delivery driver will collect the item. Please ensure the item is ready for pickup within the 48-hour period.

4. Item Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

5. Sale Items

Items purchased during any sale or promotional offer are not eligible for exchange.

6. How to Request an Exchange

Please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.
